Slay Ventures is building a new kind of venture studio: one that does not wait around hoping the next great company walks through the door. We originate the ideas, validate the market, secure the IP, build the brand, architect the revenue model, and surround each startup with shared services designed to move faster, smarter, and with more leverage than a traditional founding team could on its own.

Now we are looking for the operator who can take our validated startups from “this is real” to “this is ready to scale.”

We need an Entrepreneur in Residence who is equal parts founder, growth hacker, operator, strategist, closer, and chaos-tamer. This is not a corporate innovation role. This is not a whiteboard-only strategy seat. This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up opportunity for a scrappy, ambitious builder who wants to step into multiple high-potential startups at the moment they are ready to move from validation into go-to-market.

You will lead early-stage companies through launch, traction, revenue, partnerships, fundraising readiness, team formation, and operational discipline. In some cases, you may help us identify and recruit a permanent CEO. In others, you may become that CEO.
